Randall Ray Holt, of Elmer City, Washington, passed away at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, Washington, on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. He was born on June 12, 1963, at Newport, Oregon, to Leonard and Beatrice Holt. He attended school at St. Helens, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. He was a musician, singer and enjoyed writing music.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Ann Beleau, of Elmer City, and sons: Danny Holt, who is currently in the U.S. Marines and stationed in Okinawa, Japan, and James Beleau, of Hermiston, Oregon, and five grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers: Leonard Holt Jr., of Spokane, and Arnie Holt, of Coulee Dam, Washington, and numerous nieces and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Janice McCarter and Linda Nelson.

A celebration of life will take place at the Omak Longhouse (St. Mary's Mission) on Friday, May 18, 2018, at 10 a.m., to include a dinner. Burial will take place at the Holt Cemetery in Okanogan, Washington. All friends and acquaintances are invited.
