People are due for both a "shock" and a "treat" with the opening of Grand Coulee's new Voltage Coffee House next week.

It may be a shock for those who remember the old Carpenter's Hall on Spokane Way, or the bakery, or the salon, all in the same building. During at least part of this time, the building was cut up into seven small rooms.
