Marlene Oddie and Nancy Goddard, of Grand Coulee, are semifinalists for the 2017 AQS QuiltWeek event in Des Moines, Iowa, Oct. 4-7.

Quilts were entered in this international contest from 42 U.S. states and 13 other countries.

Oddie has been chosen to display the quilt "RONDURE - SEAGLASS." Goddard, in collaboration with Oddie, has been chosen to display the quilt, "JEWELS," along with 214 othe...
