NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Electric City will hold a public hearing to consider revenue sources for the 2018 budget, including consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 5:45 p.m. at the Electric City Hall, 10 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on revenue sources for the 2018 budget at said public hearing. City Hall is handicapped accessible.

TOWN OF ELMER CITY

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE PASSED

Ordinance 357 – On the 14th day of September 2017, the City Council of Elmer City passed an Ordinance for the Town of Elmer City, Washington, assuming the rights, powers, functions, and obligations of the Elmer City Transportation Benefit District as allowed by engrossed substitute bill 5987, section 302 and abolishing the TBD Governing Board following its assumption. A full and complete copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall, 505 Seaton Avenue, Elmer City WA during normal working hours. Elmer City Town Hall is accessible to the handicapped.

PRELIMINARY 2018 BUDGET HEARING

FINAL 2018 BUDGET HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a preliminary budget hearing for the Grand County Mosquito Control District #2 will be held at the regular board meeting on October 13th, 2017 at 7:00 pm located at 210 W Coulee BLVD in Electric City.

A Final 2018 Budget Hearing will be held at the regular boarding meeting on November 9th at 7:00 pm located 210 W Coulee BLVD in Electric City.

All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2018 Budget at said public hearings.

MEETING NOTICE

The Council of the City of Grand Coulee, Washington has moved the regular council meeting the month of October has been moved to October 10, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. At this time council will determine if an additional meeting is needed.
