3/21 - A call of a burglary in progress on A Street brought officers who found doors on a vacant residence open. The police stated that they had been to the house earlier and found the doors open and secured them at that time. The officers went through the house, found no one, and secured the doors again.

- Police attempted a welfare check at a house on Second Street. Police attempting to talk with people at the residence knocked for five minutes, but no one answered the door.

3/23 - Police checked on a report of a man near the Electric City Post Office drinking from a bottle of wine. Police arrived, no man.

3/24 - A young girl in her pajamas and bathrobe in the roadway near the post office in Electric City elicited concern. When police arrived, a person had placed the child inside a car so she could get out of the rain. The child seemed disoriented, police stated. The parents arrived to take charge of the girl.

- Dispatch reported a 911 hangup call from a residence in Delano. The county asked local police to check on it. The county said that in the past, rain had caused similar hangup calls. No one was home.

- Police are asking the prosecutor’s office to file a second-degree assault, domestic violence charge, and a second-degree vehicle prowl charge against a man who they said caused a woman at Continental Heights to lose part of her ear. Later located in someone else’s vehicle, the suspect was living with the woman at the time but since has been banned from the facility.

- The driver of a soft drink pickup narrowly missed a police officer while going the wrong direction on a one-way street. The man said his brakes were bad and was told he could not move the pickup until it was fixed.

3/25 - Omak police, along with a Washington State Patrol officer, advised police that they were coming to the area to locate a person suspected in a home invasion incident. The police went to the suspect’s father’s house but he wasn’t there.

- A man told police that his sister hadn’t been seen since March 17 in Spokane. He was asking for help in locating her.

3/27 - Police checked on suspicious activity on Burdin Boulevard, where someone reportedly was hooking a truck up to a trailer. Police learned that the person doing so was responsible for the property.

- A Coulee Dam woman was cited for expired tabs and not having insurance after the officer saw the tabs problem and remembered the woman had been stopped before.

3/20 - Police served papers on a woman living on Central Drive.

3/21 - A man driving Peter Dan Road saw a woman walking and offered assistance. The woman told the driver that she had been assaulted. The man drove her to the police station, where she told the officer the name of the person who assaulted her. She was taken to Coulee Medical Center because she was unclear about details of the case. Later, the person accused of assaulting her showed up and stated that the woman was his sister and that she liked to take walks and had fallen the previous day, about which he then outlined her injuries. After investigating, the officer recommended help from social services.

3/22 - A driver who refused to dim his lights was stopped. After checking with dispatch, the officer learned that he was driving with a suspended license. He was cited.
