Ordinance R5-16 - An Ordinance of the Town of Elmer City, Washington, fixing the amounts to be raised by Ad Valorem Taxes for the year 2017.

Ordinance 355 - An Ordinance of the Town of Elmer City, Washington, amending Ordinance 352 to increase water and sewer rates effective January 1, 2017.

Ordinance 356 – An Ordinance of the Town of Elmer City, Washington, setting salaries and wages for employees and officers of the Town of Elmer City, and adopting the Budget for calendar year 2017.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2017 Budget Final Public Hearing will be held by the GRAND COULEE CITY COUNCIL at a SPECIAL MEETING, in the council chambers, 306 Midway Avenue, on December 28, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to provide both written and oral comments on the 2017 budget at said public hearing. The council chamber is handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate the needs of special classes of citizens, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving seventy-two (72) hour advance notice.
