John Adkins appointed to NAFIS Position

John M. Adkins, Superintendent of the Wellpinit School District and a resident of Coulee Dam, has been appointed President of the Washington State Impact Aid Association. This association is comprised of school districts on Indian lands and military bases that represent the National Association of Federally Impacted Schools.
