Bureau of Reclamation workers are lowered from the top of Grand Coulee Dam Tuesday to dissemble catwalks on which they've been working for weeks along the bottom of the drum gates. The walkways are put in place at the top of the spillway whenever maintenance work on the drum gates is taking place. At the end of Tuesday, catwalks remained along three drum gates. - Nora Jenn photo
