Okanogan County 4-H Leader Betty Cleveland, of the Krafty Kids 4-H Club, was honored at the annual Washington State 4-H Leader Forum Recognition Banquet. Betty was presented with the Outstanding Leader of the Year Award for Okanogan County. The four-day event took place in Everett, WA, October 16-18, 2015.

The State 4-H Forum is a special occasion for 4-H leaders to network with other 4-H leaders throughout the state. Over forty workshops are offered for the leaders to participate in. These workshops are an excellent opportunity to improve skills and knowledge to bring back to share with our county's 4-H program.
