Michelle Ortiz and Zach Holm of Coulee Dam are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Kylie LeeAnn Holm Monday, July 13, 2015, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 6 lbs., 9 oz., and was 18.5 inches in length at birth.

Sibling is Johnathan Holm age 4. Maternal grandparents are Manuel and Michel-lee Otiz. Paternal grandparents are Eric Holm, Charles Holm, Terri Holm, Roger Lee Lorenz, Barbara Lorenz. Great-grandparents are Ismael Ortiz, Maria Ortiz, Mary Jo Carey; Aunts: Neesa and Thea Martin.
