School holiday concerts set

Three holiday concerts are scheduled for music students in the Grand Coulee Dam School District this month, Music Director/Specialist Lisa Vaughan said this week.

• The Lake Roosevelt High School Choir and High School Band will perform their High School Holiday Concert, Wednesday, Dec. 10. at St. Henry's Catholic Church at 6:30 p.m.

• The kindergarten, first- and second-grade classes will present the musical "Frosty's First Adventure," arranged by Mark Brymer, on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. in the Lake Roosevelt Elementary Gym. The musical is directed by Vaughan. Teachers for each grade have prepared dialog for their groups.

• The fifth- and sixth-grade bands will perform their holiday concert on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Henry's Catholic Church.
