Philip Irwin and Amanda Gavin of Wilbur, Wash., are proud to announce the birth of their son Timothy Wayne Irwin, born Friday, Nov., 28, 2014, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. He weighed 8 lbs. and was 21 inches in length at birth.
Sibling includes brother Wyatt Gavin. Maternal grandparents are Tim Gavin and Sharon Gavin. Paternal grandparents are Judy Samek and Wayne Irwin.
