3. VISITOR INPUT

Fifteen minutes are allotted for all visitors introducing issues not on the agenda. Prior to the meeting, each visitor should list his/her name, street address, and issue addressed on the sign up form. The Mayor will call names in the order listed and each speaker should stand up and address the Council. Comments should be limited to no more than three minutes to allow time for all visitors. Personnel issues should be referred to the Mayor prior to the meeting for review.

All matters listed within the Consent Agenda are distributed to each member of the Grand Coulee City Council for reading and study; considered routine; and approval enacted by one motion of the Council with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item is removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda by request of a council member.

7.1 Motion to approve Council meeting minutes of November 4, 2014.

7.2 Motion to approve for Payment Vouchers, dated November 18, 2014, certified by the City Clerk/Treasurer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and expense reimbursement claims, dated November 18, 2014 certified by the City Clerk/Treasurer as required by RCW 42.24.090, voucher numbers XXXXX through XXXXXX, in the amount of $XXXXXXXX.

7.3 Motion to approve the mayor’s signature on the Agreement with Grant County Health District for the sum of one ($1) per person based upon the latest official population count of Grand Coulee.
