Jolee and Roy Slaven of Coulee Dam, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Hannah Belle born Sunday, August 31, 2014, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 8 lbs., 11 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Brenda and Charles Fuller of San Diego, Calif. Paternal grandparents are Janice Isaak of Vancouver, Wash., and Mark Slaven of Lake Charles, LA. Great-grandparents include Gennie Koury, Melvin and Willie Slaven and Austin and Helen Brumfield.
