A burned-out house at 609 Holly Street in Coulee Dam continues to degrade and tree branches on the property fell down from recent winds adding to the fire hazard. The town disposed of branches that projected out into the street. The house burned two years ago, and cleanup will cost far more than the town would gain with a lien on the property.
