I would like to personally THANK each and everyone of the firefighters for not only giving up your summer and personal time with your families, but putting your lives on the line doing battle with the Devil’s Elbow fire complex here on the Colville Indian Reservation.

I almost envy your courage, as I sit in my "safe" home on Cache Creek, watching the caravan of rigs heading to and from the fire.
