NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on July 23rd, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Elmer City Town Hall, 505 Seaton Ave., Elmer City, WA. 99124 a public hearing will be held for the purpose of discussing and voting on procedures concerning delinquent accounts and liens on property pertaining to the Coulee Dam Irrigation Cooperative Tract. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Regarding Police Protection for Electric City

The Electric City Council will conduct an open record public hearing on a proposed Safety Levy to provide police protection to the residents of Electric City. This hearing will help us to understand the vital issue we are facing on how or if the city will continue to provide police protection. The city attorney will be present to answer questions. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Electric City Fire Station, 15 Western Avenue, Electric City, Washington. Please submit written comments to the City by 5:00 p.m. on July 21, 2014. Mailing address is PO Box 130, Electric City, WA 99123. The Fire Station is accessible to persons with disabilities. Those wishing to attend the hearing may also present oral testimony and written materials at that time as well. The Colville Indian Housing Authority is Requesting Proposals from Indian owned and non-Indian owned firms to furnish labor and materials for several projects. All work and materials will be detailed in the scopes of work for the individual projects.

• 206 Homes Omak, Malott, Nespelem, Keller, Inchelium: Chimney sweeping and inspection of wood stoves, pipes, and chimneys.

• Unit 1155, Malott: Partial rehab; install new interior doors, flooring, insulation, wallboard, interior paint, cabinets/countertops.

• Units 002 Nespelem and 203 Inchelium: Complete interior modernization

• Unit 1220 Inchelium: Flooring replacement

• 11 homes in Inchelium: Rehab. R&R Windows, siding, and paint.

• 4 homes in Keller: Rehab; R&R Windows, siding, and paint.

• 14 homes in Inchelium: Landscape work; R&R landscape fabric and beauty bark.
