The Colville Tribal Court has directed the undersigned Chief of Police, Colville Tribe, to sell the property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above-entitled action:

The real property subject to the Deed of Trust lien and related decree of foreclosure is described as:

Lots 5 and 6, Block 114, Plat of Government Town site of Omak, as per plat thereof recorded in Volume “D” of plats, page 31, records of the Auditor of Okanogan County, Washington.

Notice of

Public Hearing

The Town of Elmer City will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for 2015-2020. The Public Hearing will be held in Elmer City Town Hall, 505 Seaton Ave., Elmer City, WA. on Thursday, July 10th at  6:50 p.m.

All interested persons will be given opportunity to provide written or oral comments at said meeting.
