Norman D. Easterly, 75, of Grand Coulee, passed away Friday, June 6, 2014, in his home. His wife Daveline was by his side at his time of death. Mr. Easterly had been sick for the past nine years.

There will be no local services held per Mr. Easterly’s request. He will be laid to rest in Marion, Ill., with a graveside service at a later date.
