For the chamber of commerce’s Koulee Kidsfest, Grand Coulee Volunteer Firefighter Charlie Pope helps an interested boy don the gear worn in a real fire. The event drew about 100 kids to the fire engine in North Dam Park, one of many activities kids could take part in around town.
