Tiffany and Robbie Seyler of Electric City, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Kinsey Rae Seyler, born Saturday, March 29, 2014, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 8 lbs., 6 oz., and was 21 inches in length at birth.

Sibling includes 8-year-old Alli. Maternal grandparents are Douglas and Shannon and Linda Pickel. Paternal grandparents are Wesley and Chris Seyler. Great-grandparent is Shirley Pickel.
