PROBATE NOTICE TO CREDITORS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE

The above Court has appointed me as Personal Representative of Decedent’s estate. Any person having a claim against the Decedent must present the claim: (a) Before the time when the claim would be barred by any applicable statue of limitations, and (b) In the manner provided in RCW 11.40.070; (i) By filing the original of the claim with the foregoing Court, and (ii) By serving on or mailing to me at the address below a copy of the claim. The claim must be presented by the later of: (a) Thirty (30) days after I served or mailed this Notice as provided in RCW 11.40.020(1)(c), or (b) Four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice. If the claim is not presented within this time period, the claim is forever barred, except as provided in RCW 11.40.051 and RCW 11.40.060. This bar is effective for claims against both the Decedent’s probate and non-probate assets.

JANITORIAL SERVICES

Request for Proposals

The Town of Coulee Dam is Requesting Proposals for janitorial and upkeep services. The complete Request for Proposals is available from the Town Clerk at 300 Lincoln Avenue, Coulee Dam, WA 99116. You may request a hardcopy or an electronic version by calling 509-633-0320 or emailing CDUtility@couleedam.org. All proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM on February 28, 2014.

CITY OF GRAND COULEE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Grand Coulee will hold a public hearing to take comment on and possibly adopt the updated Grant County Regional Shoreline Master Program. Draft materials will be available for review at City Hall. Written comments may be submitted.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 6:30 pm at Grand Coulee City Hall, 306 Midway Avenue. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and provide comments. Written comments may be delivered to City Hall at the above address, or mailed to PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133. The city hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Notice of Special Meeting of the

Grand Coulee Dam School District

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Grand Coulee Dam School District will hold a Special Meeting Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at p.m., at Siam Palace Restaurant on Main Street in Grand Coulee.

The purpose of this meeting is to transact the following business:

1). Meet with Nespelem School District Board of Directors to discuss the renewal of the 21st Century Grant.

No other business will be transacted at this meeting.

The length of the meeting is expected to not exceed two and half (2 ½) hours.

The public is invited to attend the meeting.
