Meagan Bellamy and Andre Picard of Coulee Dam are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Makenzie May Picard born Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014 at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 5 lbs., 6 oz., and was 19 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Darrel Picard and Ashley Picard. Maternal grandparents are Cynthia Bellamy and Kelly Bellamy. Paternal grandparents are Elsie Picard and Wayne Picard.
