Summary of Ordinance Passed

 

On January 9, 14 the Town of Coulee Dam, WA. Passed Ordinance 723 at a regular Council meeting.

Ordinance 723 is an Ordinance setting salaries and wages for officers and employees of the Town for the calendar year 2014, modifying the Town’s personnel policy and procedures manual and repealing Ordinance 722.

Full and complete copies of the above ordinance are available at Coulee Dam Town Hall during regular business hours.

CITY OF GRAND COULEE

VACANT CITY COUNCIL POSITION

The City of Grand Coulee is seeking letters of interest to fill City Council Position #2. All interested persons, who have been a resident of Grand Coulee for at least one year and are registered to vote, are invited to submit a letter of interest to 306 Midway Avenue, PO Box 180, Grand Coulee WA 99133. The Mayor will accept letters of interest until 5:00 p.m. January 31, 2014. The City of Grand Coulee is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

(Supplemental Appropriation)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Coulee Area Parks and Recreation District (CAPRD) Commissioners that a public meeting is set for 5 p.m. January 29, 2014 to consider a supplemental appropriation to the Election’s Budget. Said funds are from a grant from the Grant County Strategic Infrastructure program in the amount of $25,000 for development of Conceptual Drawings and a Site Plan for a Community Wellness and Aquatic Center; hotel/motel tax funds in the amount of $24,000 to be provided (CAPRD) by the Towns of Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee, and Electric City for operation and maintenance of North Dam Park, and carryover of funds from the previous fiscal year. The hearing will be held at the Grand Coulee Middle School
