PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN on December 12, 13 at 6:45 p.m. the Town of Elmer City will hold a final public hearing at Elmer City Town Hall, 505 Seaton Ave., Elmer City, WA. to provide public testimony pertaining to the Critical Areas Ordinance.

The Critical Areas Ordinance relates to the identification, classification and regulation of critical areas. The changes are to meet the Growth Management requirements pursuant to RCW 36.70A.060 regarding critical areas and resource lands.

All interested persons are invited to attend and provide testimony regarding amendments to the critical areas ordinance. No further comments will be accepted after the final public hearing.

Copies of the critical areas ordinance are available at Elmer CityTown Hall from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
