Chyenne Kelly-Marconi, Mikel Friedlander, and Kassadi Boutain all were named to the Central Washington 2B All League Volleyball squad.

Kelly-Marconi, who served 85.4 percent and delivered nine aces, also led the team with 61 kills, scoring a point 70 percent of the time she was on the court. She also led the team in blocks with 21. “Cheyenne is an excellent player who still has tons of potential and she definitely has the skills to be playing at the next level,” Head Coach Nate Piturachsatit said.

Mikel Friedlander was named to the second team as the team’s setter. Friedlander had a setting percentage of 82 percent, which led to offensive attacks by the Lady Raiders. “As a setter, she is a leader on the team and provides opportunities for the rest of the team to score,” Piturachsatit noted.

Kassadi Boutain was named to the honorable mention team. Boutain accounted for 15 percent of the team’s return volleys, which Piturachsatit said “shows me she is all over the court, she wants the ball and goes after it.”

Boutain achieved 81 percent serving and scored nine aces. In the front row, Boutain had 35 kills.

“Kassadi is an all around player,” Piturachsatit said. She could be put in any spot and she would perform well.”

All three are seniors.
