Elizabeth and Matthew Hall of Grand Coulee are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Kymber A. Hall on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 5 lbs., and was 17 inches in length at birth.
