Shelby George and Mylan Williams Sr. of Coulee Dam are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Whisper Judith Rose Williams born Monday, June 17, 2013, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 7 lbs., 11 oz., and was 19.5 inches in length at birth.

Siblings include Glad Eyes 9, Julia 17, C-Hawk 8, Red Elk 6 and Mylan Jr. 3. Maternal grandparents are Radford and Jody George of Nespelem. Paternal grandparents are Ruth Jim of Yakima, LeRoy Williams of Nespelem and Gloria Simpson of Coulee Dam. Great-grandparents are Delores George and Wayne Kensler, both of Nespelem.
