In Elmer City, Jessie Tillman filed his intention to run for position 5, the town council seat currently held by Larry Holford. Donna and Jeff DeWinkler are running unopposed for their seats, and Gail Morin’s seat, position 2, will be vacant at the end of her term. Morin has filed for mayor opposing incumbent Mayor Mary Jo Carey, who filed her intention to seek another four-year term.
