Jesse and Emily Tillman of Elmer City are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Brooklyn Nicole Tillman on Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 8 lbs., 5 oz., and was 21 inches in length at birth.
