Members of the Raider Robotics team competed at the final league qualifier Dec. 15, 2012, and at the North District Robotics Championship Dec. 16, 2012, in Shoreline, Wash.

The North District Championship marked the end of the first season of competition for the new Raider Robotics team. The championship saw 17 teams, mostly from Western Washington and Vancouver B.C., competing to become one of eight teams from the Northern District to continue onto a state championship this month.

First Tech Challenge coach Jeremiah Seekins accompanied LRHS team members freshmen Devan Black and Josh Wilder to both competitions.

The team roster for the 2012-2013 season also included seniors Brady Black and Tim Loch and freshmen Jordan Charles, Corban Wilder and Josh Wilder.
