Free seminars offered seniors

Aging & Adult Care of Central Washington is inviting all seniors to attend free seminars on “Living Healthy,” “Medication Management,” and “Disease Prevention,” the agency announced Monday.

They will offer health screenings as well as information on how to live healthy and prevent disease and disability.

You can ask questions and get answers from Ina O’Connor, R.N.

The seminars will be held throughout Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Okanogan, and Lincoln counties.

Locally, you can take the Living Healthy class May 4 at the Senior Center in Grand Coulee (at 10:30 a.m.) or in Coulee City (at 1 p.m.).

For more information, call Kathy Wright at 800-572-4459, or check their website at www.aaccw.org.
