Cassie Krus and Ricard Tupling are proud to announce the birth of their son Westley Lucas Tupling on Friday, Apr. 6, 2012, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee.

He weighed 8 lbs., 15 oz. and was 21 inches in length at birth.
