Catrien and Dusten Slater of Electric City are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Sophie Sue Slater on Monday, March 12, 2012, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee. She weighed 7 lbs., 15 oz., and was 21 inches in length at birth.
