University honors local students

Washington State University noted the academic performance during the fall, 2011 semester of three students from the local area, naming them to the President’s Honor Roll. Amy Marie Parker, of Coulee Dam; Alexandra Irene Finch, of Elmer City; and Emily Claire Hagan, of Inchelium each earned the honor by either: • achieving an overall grade point of 3.75 while enrolled in at least nine graded hours in a single semester at WSU, or • achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 based on at least 15 cumulative hours of graded work at Washington State University, provided that the current semester gpa is a 3.0 or better.
