REQUEST FOR BID

Item 1. Remove approximately 3,200 square feet of Roofing, Roofing components (tar paper, sheathing, existing trusses) from a section of the roof identified by engineered drawings provided by owner.

Item 2. Install new truss package provided by owner within the section of the roof that is identified by engineered drawings provided by owner.

Item 3. Install new roofing, roofing components (tar paper, sheathing, etc.). All roofing and components shall be provided by the owner.

Item 4. Install roof trim completely around residence, roof trim shall be provided by owner.

Item 5. The contractor shall clear all debris and the owner shall provide a dumpster on site.

The residence is located at 45625 FDR Estates Road, Grand Coulee, WA., for contractor site visit and review of premises.

The contractor shall be required to provide evidence of current Business License; Insurance; and Bonding.

On March 19, 2024, the City Council of the City of Grand Coulee, Washington, approved Ordinance No. 1096, the main point of which may be summarized by its title as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF GRAND COULEE, WASHINGTON, ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 12.12 TO THE GRAND COULEE MUNICIPAL CODE TO REGULATE USE OF AND ENROACHMENTS IN RIGHTS OF WAYS IN THE CITY; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY PROVISION; AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
