Cassandra Waters and Austin Rosenbaum of Coulee Dam, Washington, are proud to announce the birth of their son Relic Lee Rosenbaum on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee Washington. He weighed 6 lbs., 4 oz., and was 20 inches in length at birth.

Sibling is brother Konner Mathias. Maternal grandparents are Dexter Nicholson and Beverly

Nicholson. Paternal grandparents are Julie Wilton and Cary Rosenbaum.

Great-grandparents include Dixie Tillman and Eileen Rosenbaum.
